Crystal 9.0
MSQ Server 2000
ODBC Connection
I have a Crystal SalesRep report that I run via 'Report Scheduler Pro'. This report is grouped by Rep # with their individual accounts. There is also a page break after each rep. This report is saved as a .pdf file.
My question:
Is it possible to move each SalesRep# .pdf report to their specific directory (Rep001, Rep003, Rep004, etc.) so, Reps access their specific folder ONLY???? Instead of having to create a parameter for SalesRep and generate 40 reports.
Example:
Rep 001
Acct# 5000375
Current Revenue Last Year Revenue
12,575 11,423
---------------- Page Break --------------------------
Rep 002
Acct# 1004732
Current Revenue Last Year Revenue
55,143 58,275
---------------- Page Break --------------------------
So, Rep 001 pdf file would be moved to \mb\rep\rep #001
Rep 002 pdf file \md\rep\rep #002
Thanks in advance for your help.
