Move report items with arrow keys instead of mouse

When building a report, I perfer to use arrow keys to 'nudge' or move items into place, instead of using the mouse to 'drag and drop'. Is this possible?

I have been unable to find this ability in Impromptu help, but I might not be searching for the right thing.

Impromptu 7.1.529.0
