move project from Interdev to Studio.NET

Did anyone had experiences to move exist ASP project which created in Visual Interdev to Visual Studio.NET

We have both co-exisiting. We still using VID for the classic coding. Our plan is leave whatever is working in classic and all new or reworks go with dotNet.
