Move PLDS License from one FL to another

One client has 2 systems R10 and they have different FLs (different license owner names also). They purchased the second unit from another party who was shutting down their operation. Now we need to move licenses from one FL to another as they want to use just one system. IS this possible and how can we go about it?

It's a question for Avaya, but usually it's only possible if you bought the company owning the system, just buying the system doesn't give you access to the licenses.

You need to speak to Avaya ITSS and ask them to create a Siebel hierarchy (777 FL number). This then has each of the sites FLs assigned to it and it then allows you to move licences to any of the FL that reside under the 777 account.
