Move Outlook mail to a public folder and a disk folder.

A user wishes to create a public folder structure within Outlook and mirror that structure on a disk. When she drags and drops a message from her Inbox to a public folder she also wants a copy to be placed in the relevant disk folder.
Is it possible to write a macro or something to do this?
