Move Movie Clip to a Higher depth/in Front Position 1

Does anyone know how to move a movie to a higher depth or "in front" of another movie clip?

I used the duplicatemovieclip and specified a higher number for the depth, however it seems as if a waste to duplicate a clip and have two copies rather than just move it to a higher stage. Thanks in advance...

Have you checked out MovieClip.swapDepths in the AS dictionary?
