Ive been using yahoo for years however recently they have been becomming more and more problematic with their servers going down or getting really slow. So just for backups sake, im wanting to transfer these emails to my google account. I was going to forward them but that would require me to do one at a time. Since what im moving is invoices from newegg and a few other companies that would take a long long time lol.

So is there by any chance a free and simple solution to moving these?

I don't see how there would be one. When you use an online account like Yahoo!, such options are limited. Anything you install on your PC is not going to have direct access to their mail server I'm afraid.

You can download all your mail to your computer via SMTP or POP3.

Yeah but I really do not like relying on outlooks express or programs of the like as they are too easy to compromise if you ever get a trojan. Appreciate the suggestion. I have just been doing it manually, have most of them done already.
