Move Internet Mail Service

Hi

I need to move the Internet Mail Server (connector) from one server to another.
Both servers are in the same site.
Does anyone have any helpfully tips about doing this with no disruption?
Do I need to remove the existing one first etc, etc?

I'm not sure you can move it?? Perhaps you need to create a new one on the new sever, and delete the old one afterwards.

Our Isp automatically quenes all the mail for our domains so that if I shut down the server, it just holds the mail until the server or IMC is back online.

I have never lost any mail by shutting down the IMC for hours at a time.
