Move installation of SAV

Hi,
I have a server running Symantec AV 8.1. It is the update server for clients in the site. I need to move its installation directory from d: to c:. What is the best way to do this? Deinstall from d: and reinstall to c:? What will happen to the clients that currently point to it for definition file updates? Will they just continue to point to it afterwards?

yes, reinstall, all clients will still point to the server from my experience

I'm pretty sure that the clients just look to the SAV share so it shouldn't matter what drive you install it on as long as the SAV share is preasent.
