move from one domain to another domain

I have WSS ver 3 running with SQL 2000 as a backend. We have migrated all our servers and desktops to the new domain except this sharepoint box. Right now users use the old domain login for sharepoint. My goal is to eliminate the old domain and move the sharepoint websites to the new domain. How do I do this.? Is it as easy as joing the sharepoint server to the new domain..Help please.
