Move from OL2000 to OL Express - issues/problems?

One of our clients wants 3 users moved from Outlook 2000 to Outlook Express 6. Now I have heard several ways of exporting from Outlook Express to Outlook but not the other way around.
The client's Outlook has been setup as 1 network login, 1 outlook account with 3 profiles to be changed to 1 network login, 1 outlook express account per user.
Has anyone done this before and if so were there any issues?
