Move files from WIN 98 to WIN 2K

I am having trouble moving files from a WIN 98 machine to a WIN 2k Pro machine.

I only have ACCPAC 4.1 on one station.

Files are currently in
C:\ca_appsw
C:\pluswin
C:\Program Files\ACCPAC

There is no c:\windows directory on c:winnt
Where do I put the files that are supposed to be in c:windows?

What other files to I need to copy?

Are you using 16 bit and 32 bit or just one or the other of the versions? After you copy the program files you still need to run the install for System Manager to change the necessary settings. Just copying doesn't do it all. Are you running Pervasive or Sql?
