Move Exchange server to different AD domain

We currently have two domains in our forest and I want to move everything from domain A into domain B. However our exchange server as well as the operations master for the forest resides in domain A. What will I need to do to move our exchange server into domain b.

You don't. You need an Exchange server in the other domain, and then move the data.

So I would have to setup the second server in domain b and use the migration wizard to move the data.

You'd also have to map out how you're going to move AD accounts, as well as mail.

As far as moving the user accounts there are only a few accounts in this domain so I planned on moving them manually. We are literally talking maybe 20 people.

If the mailboxes are small, you could exmerge the data out of the mailboxes and import them on a new server.

Certainly that would be the fastest way to do it. You'd need to use the exchangelegacydsn attribute though.
