I need to move Exchange 2007 server A to server B. I now have both server show up in Exchange Management Console. Besides the DNS changes and copying the other configuration from server A,any suggestions on how to get the Mailbox and Public folder database to look to the new server B.

You need to configure all of your externalURLs, install certificates, configure your receive connectors, and change your port forwarding in your firewall. Replicate Public Folders to the new PF database(s), then move the mailboxes. Then you can remove Exchange from the original server using
Microsoft has KB and TechNet articles on how to do all of the other tasks I've mentioned.
