Move Documents and Settings Dir in W2K TS

Does anybody have advice on moving the Documents and Settings directory in W2K Terminal Server. I would like to move it from C: to D:.

Also, has anybody found a cache setting for IE that is most optimal. We set ours for 10, but believe its causing problems.

I haven't tried that but I've heard you'll need to make those changes in the registry. i.e. copy the folder over and then point [the registry settings] to the D: drive.
