Move DBs from Sybase to SQL Server 2000

We are going to move from Sybase 12.5 to SQL Server 2000. Is there any easy(ish) way of doing this? I also need to find out if there's a common export/import format for the 2 databases.

Grateful of any help or suggestions.

Haven't used them in a while, but don't they both support bcp?
