Move databases to new SAN drives

I need to move databases to new SAN space.

Will it suffice to dismount all stores, copy all data to the new SAN drive (bringing it online with the same drive letter), and remount the databases?

In Exchange SysManager you have the option to move the location of the store files, this will then perform the process automatically for you.

I would be weary of downing exchange and copying the files manually, if not done correctly, well... lol
