Move data to another server

Hello,

I need some tips on how to move data (few databases) from many servers to one. What's involved and what should I take into consideration?

If anybody knows any useful resources regarding this issue, please let me know

Try to do full backup and restore it will work.

Even with backup and restore, you need to do some cleanup. Database users must be synched to server logins. For this reason, I recommend reading the article at the above link.
