Move D Channel from 24th Port to 9th Port 1

PRI

The carrier provisioned the D-Channel as channel 9 because the old NEC system could not handle 24 Trunk Ports and it is a partial PRI.

Does anyone know if it is possible and how to move the location of the D-Channel?

It is Sunday and I am trying to get this up before Monday morning.

It is possable with a PBX but not a BCM/Norstar.
It is still on the 24th but you can provision the first 9.
