MS SQL Server 2008 R2 64-bit

I can find lots of info on migrating cubes to a new version or moving an entire SSAS instance to a new server, but all I need to do is move all the cubes from their default location in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server... to another location on a different volume of the same server.

Is this so easy that no one posts about it? Or so hard that no one does it? At any rate, if I want to do it, how do I do it? Any URL's, tutorials, etc?

In the properties of the SSAS instance the exact paths are set for data files, log files for all databases (cubes). I think you need to change these settings, move the files and restart SSAS. Haven't tested this though. Documentation on what exactly needs to be changed is hard to find..
