Is there an easy way to move/copy files from one PST to Another? I want to move ALL mail from an old PST file (off 97) to the new 2003/2007 PST File?

It seems that I have to move each directory separately. There is not a cntl-A or global move.

Thanks

Ken

Open both PST's within outlook and Drag & Drop messages & folders as required.

Yes I understand that, all I can do is one folder at a time. Could not select multiple folders, 100+ folders lots of time. Thought there would be a tool or utility

I guess I should have tested it first. You're correct; for some reason Outlook doesn't allow multiple folder selection.

You can use File, Import....
