Move/copy DB from local machine to the net?

Hi,

I want to move/copy an entire DB as easy as possible from my local test environment to my online host.

Can it be done with some sort of a "MySQL client" or am I stuck with my patchy PHP row-by-row solution?

Any special things I should know or ask about from my provider?

PS. I'm running MySQL/Apache on WinXP and the "live" host is MySQL/Apache running on Linux.
