Move Citrix NT4 Domain to AD 2003 authenticate error

Let me start off with I'm a newbie to Citrix.
This was the old config:
NT4 Domain with Citrix XP running on 2000 server.
AD 2003 server 2way trusts with NT4 and TS 2000 server on AD domain.

I want to get rid of NT4 domain. I added the Citrix server to AD2003.
When i take the NT4 domain down and log into Ctrix under AD2003 i connect but when I try to lauch an app it tried to use the NT4 authentication and fails. With NT4 domain running evrything is fine.

What am i missing or doing/done wrong?
