Move Catalogs to a different server

We just got a new backup exec server. The new server has a different computer name than the original but the same version of Backup Exec (8.6). Is it possible to move over the catalog from the old server to the new server?

I found this on on Veritas' website but this explains how to move all data, not just the catalog:

Can I just copy the catalog folder from the old server to the new and not overwrite what's currently in there.

Yes you can just copy the catalog folder to the new media server.

*Stop the BE services before removing or pasting the catalog folder.
