Do you mean that you want to tab between the choices of a parameter that allows for multiple values, or use tab to move through a list of different parameters?
Within CR, the first object of the parameter window will have the focus upon entering the parameter, so a Shift-Tab will place the focus in the Parameter Fields list where you can either use the arrow keys, or enter the 1st letter of the parm to jump to, where once again the first object in that parm will have focus.
You could assign a Shift->Tab and an arrow key movement to a hotkey if it's worth it to you.
If you're using an Active-X or Java Viewer then you can use tab to position focus on the Next button and hit enter.
If you have a multiple value parameter, you can use the arrow keys to scroll through the list, or F4 will pop open the list.
Perhaps some of this will help, if not, share the version of Crystal, and how you're displaying parameters (From within CR, VB, CE, etc.).
