Hello all, new to the boards here. Hopefully I'm putting this in the right place. Please let me know if not and I'll move it.

We currently have arcserve 9.0 build 2200 installed on a W2K3 sbs. However, the server is going to be rebuilt so I need to preserve the data in arcserve such as historical, media pools, jobs, tapes etc. The problem for me is I have no idea how to do this. If anyone does, you assistance is greatly appreciated!

stop the ARCserve services
close the manager
copy the database, queue 000000001.qsd, and log subdirectories over to the new location.
