Move a SMS 2.00 primary site to another server

Hello, I've been looking around on Technet for instructions on how to move a SMS 2.00 primary site from one server to another server in the same domain. I'm in a NT.400 enviroment. So far I haven't found anything. if someone could point me to the pertinent technet article or white paper I would sure appreciate it.

I did a move of our single SMS 2.0 site server from a NT4 box to a W2K box in the same domain. The new server was a faster box, not the same hardware platform. is that what you mean?
