.mov to flash converters

I've got all my videos on my site in .mov format but would like to convert them to flash as well for those that just can't view QT.
I didn't see the option to convert to flash on Quicktime Pro so I bought video2swf. It works but the quality is nowhere as close (or as bright?).

Will I always be faced with this loss in quality in the conversion or can someone recommend software?
