mouseicon in flex grid

I need to make a hand icon appear when the mouse cursor is over a cell in a flex grid. I tried to define a custom cursor using flex.mouseicon = loadpicture(path)
This gives me a Invalid use of property error when I try to compile. Anyone know how to get this to work? Or alternate ways to do the same thing.

here i can set the cursor for the msflexgrid.
try by setting the prop in the prop of the flex grid in the property sheet by mousepointer to 99-flexcustom and set the mouse icon by a .ico file or .cur file
if u set the mouse icon by any other .jpg or .gif files then it shows this invalid use error

try with .ico or .cur files
