Mouse wheel (scrolling) won't work

It has been a while since I last used VB 6, but I thought I used to have the ability to use the scroll wheel on my mouse in the code window.

Is there something in the options I am missing?

This works, too. I've written a great deal of code without this feature, but it's become so ubiquitous that I kept finding myself trying to use it. Having it really is nice.
