I can't seem to get the MouseWheel event to fire on a Form with the ScrollBar property set to 2, (Vertical).

The wheel scrolls the form, albeit very slowly, but it does not trigger the MouseWheel event; consequently, I cannot control the scroll rate.

The MouseWheel event fires for textboxes and I can control the scroll rate.

Thanks,
Sam

The Scrolled Event should occur. MouseWheel event would only occur, if the mouse wheel was used with the mouse pionter on the form, not on the scrollbars.

Bye, Olaf.

Thanks guys,

Both answers are very helpful.

FYI Olaf,
I cannot get the MouseWheel event to fire unless I remove the scrollbars, which is self-defeating.
