Mouse Wheel moves record in Access 97 1

Hallo.
I have a form from which I have stripped all record controls & replaced them with a 'Next' button. The reason for this is I wish any operators to access/add records in order. The trouble is, all the operators who use this form have mouse wheels, and each time they accidentally turn the wheel, the record moves on/back.
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
