mouse wheel grab not working

i haven't used mozilla for this reason.. whenever i press down on the mousewheel to "grab" and fly down the screen, it acts like nothing has been pressed..

i have the same issue with netscape.. i use to use this feature all the time in ie so i could fly down forums, i hate having to grab the bar on the right.

anyone know whats up?

running 95 and i've got an intellimouse explorer 3.0

Edit-->Preferences-->Advanced-->Mouse Wheel

I don't see a setting that fits your description but you can set it up to scroll a certain number of lines. I have mine setup to scroll 25 lines at a time when holding down the "ctrl" key.

I could never use IE again after having the ability to use Tab browsing and Mozilla's built in popup/popunder killer. ====================================
