I have a Logitech Pilot Wheel Mouse and a WinXP computer, and for whatever reason, the wheel doesn't do anything.

I've tried installing the generic Logitech mouse drivers, but nothing works. What should I do?

See if the mouse works on another system.
If not, then it's probably defective.

I have two computers (both running WinXP, with the same (I think) drivers), and the wheel works on one, not the other.

If it's a USB mouse, then disconnect all other USB components. If that works, then you may have to install either a USB controller card, or a powered USB hub.

If that does not work, then try a different port.

If no good, then uninstall and reinstall the mouse and its drivers.

see if you can find any updated drivers for the mouse on the manufactures website
