Not sure if it has been posted here....

A frustration of mine has been the inability to scroll in editor windows in Paradox using the mouse wheel.

Well, the Intellipoint driver, version 4.1, from M$ DOES support mouse scrolling in Paradox editor windows.

Neither earlier versions (pre-4) nor later versions (5+) support scrolling in code editor windows in Paradox.

This works on Win2K, and I believe also XP.

Just in case anyone else would like this feature and hasn't found a way to get the mouse scroll button to work in PX code windows.

From Liz, who originally told me about this. May well be a download/version that works in Win98, as well:

You can find downloads from here (for now - MS may well change their site any second now):

...pick wheel mouse and Win 98. This gives you 4.12 which isn't quite what I have (4.10.851.0), but maybe it will work.

This works with optical mice (MS and IBM), a Dell wheel mouse, basic MS Wheel Mouse, PS/2 and USB. I can find nothing that the software doesn't offer (it's a mouse, after all) that later software does and no reason to use something newer...

A related question in W2K:

A minor irritation is the inability to scroll on a longer form. Scrolling moves instead through records. The work around is a scroll bar on the side of the form, but a toggle would be handy. Does anyone know if one exists?

Will do. Nifty. Thanks. Actualy it's pretty cool being able to run through filtered tables, too. I suppose that could be attached to a toggle button to choose either form or list for scroll?.
