We have switched out our PC and when we had the installation team setup the new PC none of them would work with Cognos PowerPlay.
We have found that the installation team did not install Cognos correctly and we re-installed Cognos.
Everything works now except the users can not use the mouse scroll wheel in PowerPlay.
We have experimented with the mouse drivers with out success.
Anyone have the solution?
