mouse scroll disable

Hi,
how does one disable the mouse scroll button so that users can't scroll through records on a form, but will be forced to use the 'find' button?

This was an error introduced in A2K but removed with a service pack and in Axp.
But disabling the scroll can be done - however having an update for yr office might be the best solution.
