Has any one experienced full session clients that will suddenly have mouse problems. The mouse will no longer double click on icons. It also starts behaving more like a MAC mouse ie. you need to hold the mouse button down to display menus. The right button still works. The only way to clear this is to log off the Citrix session and log back in again.

We use NT Terminal Server 4.0 and Metaframe 1.8
WK NT on workstations.

Any help would be most well come.

What service pack are you currently running? Try Service Pack 3 with Future Release 1.

If you are using a dial-up(slow) connection, then try enabling Disk Cache for Bitmaps, uncheck the Queue mouse movements and keystrokes. If you have the Feature Release 1 installed plus the license enabled then turn on the latency configuration. All these configuration can be found in the Properties section uder options in the Citrix Program Neighborhood.

Good Luck

At Service Pack 3, Future Release 1 not enabled.

Will see if any of the changes help.
