I have a picture on my website and I want the picture to change when i have a mouse on it, and when the picture change and the person clicks on the picture I want it to check the time. If the time is before 7 then a window that is link to a page will pop up, but if it is after seven then a window that is link to another page will pop up.

I was looking online for help but I can't find what I was looking for please help me. I hope what I asking isn't too confusing.

hi there,

I guess this is what you need:

Change 7 to 19 if you mean 7PM. Also change the your_pic_over.jpg and your_pic_up.jpg to the name of your images
