We are experiencing a problem that seems to be Citrix related. The problem is that the mouse and keyboard intermittently stops responding. At times the keyboard will act as though the Ctrl key is stuck. The problem has not occurred where both devices fail at the same time. The user must completely log out of Citrix to clear the condition. The symptoms are:

The problem only occurs within a Citrix ICA session.
It has occurred on varying ICA client versions.
It occurs in various published applications. I’ve gotten reports of the same problem in Outlook and Word.
It has occurred on multiple workstations.
It occurs on workstations that use USB as well as PS2 mouse and keyboard connections.
It is intermittent.

I found a similar incident searching the Citrix knowledge base. I've yet to find a fix, but a potential work-around is to use the Ctrl-Alt-Print screen keystroke to clear the condition.

Has anyone seen this problem and if so how do I fix it?

I doubt if this will help but, we had to shut off the office assistant because it caused problems. This was a couple of years back when we first implemented Citrix and I don't recall exatly what the problems were.

Watch the Provide animation with feedback settings too.

[blue]Arguably the best cat skinner around ! [/blue]

Cheers
