Mouse and Keyboard Dont work in SCO opensrvr GUI

When i go into xwindows gui on sco open server 5.0.5 my mouse and keyboard doesnt work. the keyboard works fine at the prompt.. i could see the mouse not being configured properly for the gui.. but the keyboard?

Any ideas?
