Hi!

I recently installed Suse 8.2 on Server and WS machines.
Primary I use Server to share and Internet connection, backup data, and share folders.
NFS Server is running on Server
I can access NFS sharing with Linux
I can't access NFS sharing with WinXP
What Do I have to do?
I was using Samba to share folders from Linux to WinXP, but I am not so happy with this configuration, It sometimes freezes my Network neighborhood conection.
I installed Windows for Unix Services without any luck

Thanks in Advance
Alejandro

i think the new samba version that just came out might be able to work : i vaguely remember it having some kind of active directory support.

Go check out the new samba version on their website.

....sorry, didn't read your whole post. What was the problem with SFU? Which version were you using?

...also, have a look at WinSCP. Its better than accessing an NFS share, it uses scp (secure copy), which is part of the OpenSSH package.
