hi there, just newbie on Linux. We have reinstalled the redhat on the internal disk. And we want to mount the filesystem that was located on the external disks. How can we import or mount the filesystem?

look at the man page for "mount".

To help find the device of your external drives look at the output of 'dmesg'.
