mount an rmo0 ( Magnetic Optical Drive )

I have one MO Drive(Magnetic Optical Drive 9 for backups in my SCO OSR 5.0.2, After few days command cpio doesn't work 'ksh /dev/rmo0 : cannot open' I tried mkdev rmo0 but doesn't existe in usr/lib directory.
I don't know how this system works, because I dont have any drive mounted, but in other server everythink is ok and it doesn't have rmo0 drive mounted to.
