Motorola V600 / Cingular Email Set up

Has anyone been successful here.? Cingular seem to employ peeps who can't figure this one out? My last effort this afternoon ended with the cingular operator "accidentally" disconnecting the call when I said the set up failed.

I am trying to set up my phone to receive and send email from my own account. Cingular said it is not only possibel, it is an included service, except no one there seems willing to help me.

Any ideas?
