I have OOL & OV for about 7 weeks and no problems, Dl speed 14.33 UL 2.0 + . Past few days lost internet and phone for a few minutes and noticed modem seemed to be rebooting and also seem to hang a little waiting for US & DS (dont know if this is normal?). Call for assistance and they told me to change the splitter. Tried another slpitter and direct also and it happened again. Checked all cables and power supply wiring and OK. I disconected and repowered to zero clock. Then problem happed again and found time had rezeroed again. Is this an indication of a faulty modem? Even if I disconnect the coaxial completely it does not cause the modem to reboot andTV reception was fine when condition happed so I dought its a cable problem. Also where can I find the latest Firmware for this modem, Motorola site is screwed up.

Thanks
