Motorola and Cisco

I have a customer running a Cisco 1242 Access Point and they have been using Symbol PPT88xx PDA's on it no problems with our software...

Symbol are now Motorola, and the new Motorola PDA that replaced the PPT88xx seems to be having problems...

when docked to a PC it can use the PC's network and the software works fine... un docked they say they have set the wireless up correctly (tho its different as they were on Windows Mobile5(maybe even 2003) and this one is 6) and the software seems not to work...

is there any problems between Cisco equipment and Morotola?

The PDA worked when i set it up here on our wireless but we use a Buffalo AP.

any info or tips would be much appriciated
