Motive Chorus & BT Openworld Broadband

A colleague of mine is getting an error message on Windows XP startup relating to "Motive Chorus" failing to run/ fatal error (NOT a B.S.O.D).....

could/would this result in an partial failure of:

webmail attachment button functionality on BT Yahoo

greying out of a number of MS Office icons in Word etc etc

Anyone cast any light on this "Motive Chorus"? is it required? How do you remove it?

Any thoughts on the main functionality problems

it is part of my verizon install, have not had errors or problems with it.

Does he have any other problems? Or is it a case of "Well, thanks for telling me this, but i dont care" ?

can stop the error message

the problem wont go away but at least it wont tell you every time you boot!
