motion tween headache

I am having trouble wiht a tween effect. I found a nice tween on the site the effect is where when a button is a pressed pictures sldie across the screen and go back and forth depending on which button is pressed. I cannot get this effect to work for me.On mine project when the button is pressed its goes straight to the corresponding picture and doesnt slide across
any help is aprreciated thanks
