Motion J-PEG Codec

Hi all,
I am trying to do some test editing on a machine at work with some footage I captured on a nother machine. I have Adobe Premier installed but due to there being no capture card installed, I need to get a MJPEG Codec installed. Does anyone know where I can get a free codec to install??
